"World war", a word I think no one would like to hear ever again, specially if went through the time of Ist and IInd world war. But the reality is that we are once again going to meet in the battle field in the coming third world war. And that's because we still are not serious, even after the First and Second world war.

If the Third World War begins, nothing will remain in this world. Einstein was correct when he said, "I don't know what will be used in the next world war, but the 4th will be fought with stones." News about disputes in the world are common in the newspapers these days: Israel-Palestine, US-Afghanistan, US-Iran, US-North Korea, US-Iraq, India-Pakistan... if nothing is done quickly, then the end of the world is not very far. Don't think that Life Insurance, Auto Insurance, and other kind of insurances will keep your hapiness alive.

The world has become advanced, more and more countries are joining the group of nuclear powered countries. This time not only Europe but the whole world will be involved. China, India, Israel, and Korea, all have well stable millitary and defence in Asia. America and European countries are much stronger than before.

Though the world after the II world war has changed, UN hasn't. The size of the UN security council is still the same, even after the emergence of such nations which are equally strong and stable as the current veto members.

The end of the world can be saved, if all the countries agree to accept the 'Panchsheel' (Five principles of peaceful coexistence).

1. Mutual respect for each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty
2. Mutual non-aggression
3. Mutual non-interference in each other's internal affairs
4. Equality and mutual benefit
5. Peaceful co-existence

Few decades from now the world will be different: all the countries will join the race to attain stability and promote peace in the region. The production of weapons of mass of destruction will stop and that money will be used in education, infrastructure, environment, relief funds, etc.

The world will start learning from the mistakes done in the past (which few leaders did so far), because a little misunderstanding can bring instability in the world and due to this misunderstanding and bad politics the most powerful country of its time, i.e Soviet Union fell down, its mistakes turning the whole world into the battleground during the world wars. America is not able to control the number of its enemies. India and Pakistan are fighting with each other since the day they came to exist. But the third world will be free from all these problems, these things will be unaccepted in it.

The UN will be 3 times stronger than what it is now, new super powers like Australia, Brazil and India will emerge making the world multi polar, determining the current aggressive super powers to calm down.

But for all this we need nice people. The third world needs nice people who are strong in morals because it is they who are going to make the difference, and their demand will be fulfilled by the Universities. The University should provide moral and value education to the students simultaneously with the professional studies.

Character is the basic thing, a man with good character is all what this current world needs, capable of driving this world to the third world, the world of dreams, where everybody would love to live. The third world is very far from us, but it is possible to reach there.
